You can submit any property you believe meets our acquisition criteria, including residential, multi-family, or investment properties. We are looking for deals with potential for funding, partnership, or purchase.

Do I need to own the property to submit it?

Not necessarily. Sellers, wholesalers, and investors can submit deals. Just indicate your role in the deal accurately so we know how to follow up.

What happens if I don’t have all the details?

Submit as much information as you have. Missing details may require follow-up from our team. The more complete your submission, the faster we can evaluate it.

Can I submit multiple properties?

Yes! Each deal should be submitted separately so it can be reviewed individually.

How do I submit photos?

Once we review we will request property photos. Include clear photos of the exterior, interior, and any areas needing repair.

What if I don’t know the exact numbers? (ARV, rehab cost, etc.)

Enter your best estimate. Our team will evaluate and adjust as needed during the underwriting process.

What is your typical response time?

Our acquisitions team reviews submissions in 3–5 business days. If we need more information, we will reach out via email or phone.

Do I need to be a real estate professional to submit a deal?

No — anyone can submit. We evaluate all deals based on the property’s potential and investment criteria, not the submitter’s experience.

Will submitting my deal obligate me to anything?

No. Submitting a deal does not create any obligation. It simply gives our team the opportunity to evaluate your property for potential funding, purchase, or partnership.
